As President of both Next Abstracting and Mesa Land Services—a distinguished women-owned business—Julie has built a reputation for navigating complex projects and delivering innovative, reliable solutions for landowners and developers. Outside the office, Julie enjoys family time with her three children, husband, and two dogs

Brad Caldwell joined the team with 18+ years of experience in right-of-way and landman industries, specializing in title and project management. As a licensed attorney, he has led title teams on multiple projects and handled all aspects of title work, including deed plotting, certified opinions, heirships, and mineral ownership. Brad’s attention to detail and problem-solving skills ensure smooth, reliable project outcomes.
